Sickle Cell Anemia Research: Survey for Residents of Georgia
The purpose of this survey is to gather information for a study by Chloe Kim, a student at George Walton High School. The study is to determine how the racial bias in sickle cell disease affects patient experience in Georgia. The survey is anonymous, and your answers are completely confidential and will be released only as summaries in which no individual’s answers can be identified.
